Custom orders are also welcome, drop a note on exactly what you are looking for, bags, clothing or whatever and we will give you a price and a date when to expect your item.
It is our goal to get your order out as fast as possible, if the item you ordered is in stock, it will go out the next day in most cases. If not in stock we will make it and get it on its way usually within about a week, if it looks like it will take longer, we will notify you...

This covers items such as zippers, velcro, seam failure, grommets, etc. Things this doesn't cover are normal wear and tear, improper use / application, misuse, etc... we will still repair this damage, but please refer to the repairs page for prices.
