 Alpine Parka

The perfect winter parka whether you are in the city working or outside enjoying the Great Outdoors. Features include: full hood, fleece lined pockets, insulated outside zipper flap, fleece-lined chin guard and an outside chest pocket. Roomy cut allows for plenty of freedom of movement. The outer shell of the Alpine Parka is Avalite, a breathable and waterproof fabric. Insulated with Duraloft, a continuous polyester fiber. Duraloft is an excellent insulator in any weather condition. It will not shift or compress even over an extended period of time. Should it get wet, it will maintain its' insulating qualities. The Alpine Parka is machine washable. This is a great parka for any winter activity. This parka will keep you toasty through temps down to about -30 F, and with extra layering inside, like the Polartec 300 jacket, or the Nenana River shirt, the mercury in the thermometer can drop much lower. Fleece-lined zip pockets and chin guard add a soft touch where you need it. The outside chest pocket is zippered to keep contents secure. Roomy raglan sleeves allow freedom of movement while Cordura-reinforced elbows protect from wear. A full hood completes the protection from winter's cold. Also available without a hood.

Expedition Parka

This is the jacket for the coldest temperatures! Used by workers on Alaska's North Slope and long distance dog mushers alike. This Parka will let you fully explore life at -50f, -60f and more. The Expedition Parka is warm and machine washable! The outer shell is breathable, windproof, and water resistant Avalite. Insulation is two layers of 10 oz Quallofil. Each layer is offset sewn to eliminate cold spots. The inner lining is taffeta, to allow the parka to slide on and off much easier. Features include a roomy hood, raglan sleeves with Cordura-reinforced elbows, expedition cuffs, extra wide insulated zipper flaps, an outside zip chest pocket and two outside insulted cargo pockets. A battery pocket and two cargo pockets inside allow for storage of temperature-sensitive items. A total of six roomy pockets in all.
